Seven Stars
RA Magazine (2025 Edition) — We sat down with Davide Campagna, the driving force behind Seven Stars Moving & Logistics, to uncover what’s next for the company, how they are innovating in the international relocation sector, and how their new initiatives tie into the changing dynamics of the global moving industry.
RA Magazine: Davide, thanks for your time. To start, could you share what has been the most significant milestone for Seven Stars in the past year?
Davide Campagna: Thank you, happy to share. Over the past year, one of our proudest achievements has been launching our international franchising programme, which now allows movers and entrepreneurs around the world to join the network under the Seven Stars brand.
This marks a step beyond traditional partner relationships, we’re building a global system that maintains high standards and consistent service offerings.
RA Magazine: That is a great move. What challenges and opportunities have come with that?
Davide Campagna: The biggest challenge is ensuring quality control across different markets, training, processes, and support systems must be robust. But from an opportunity perspective, we can scale faster, access local expertise in new territories, and create a shared brand strength.
Moreover, franchising opens doors for smaller regional movers to integrate into a larger structure while benefiting from systems, brand recognition, and joint marketing.
RA Magazine: Seven Stars is also an active member of FEDEMAC. How is your relationship with FEDEMAC contributing to your growth?
Davide Campagna: Our membership in FEDEMAC plays a strategic role. Recently, FEDEMAC publicly recognized our franchising launch.
Through FEDEMAC, and now also with RA Movers Network, we gain visibility across Europe’s movers network, can participate in industry forums, share best practices, and influence standards. Being part of such an association and being board of YMC, lends credibility to our expansion plans and helps us stay aligned with regulatory and market trends.
RA Magazine: Let’s talk about your operations and innovation. What trends in the moving industry are you keeping a close eye on?
Davide Campagna: There are three main trends we’re watching closely:
Digital transformation and customer experience – Clients expect seamless, transparent tracking, digital quoting, and communication tools.
Sustainability and green logistics – Electric vehicles, carbon offsetting, and eco-conscious packing are no longer optional but expected in many markets.
Flexible networks over rigid ownership – Rather than owning every node, we’re leveraging partnerships and franchisees in local markets to keep agility, reduce capital burden, and be responsive.
RA Magazine: What is your vision for Seven Stars over the next few years?
Davide Campagna: Our vision is to become a leading global relocation network, not just an Italian name. Through our franchising system, strategic alliances, and technological investment, we aim to be present in all major corridors of international mobility.
Quality consistency, strong brand identity, and shared growth will define us. I believe we can push the industry forward by combining local responsiveness with global reliability.
RA Magazine: Finally, as we head into 2025, what message would you like to share with your peers in the moving industry?
Davide Campagna: I’d say: evolve or be left behind. The world is changing fast — digital tools, sustainability demands, client expectations — they demand that we adapt. But with adaptation comes opportunity.
If you combine your local strength with network vision, you can grow in ways unimaginable. I welcome movers who want to build something together to join us, learn, and push the boundaries.
RA Magazine: Where do you see Seven Stars heading over the next 3–5 years?
Davide Campagna: My vision is for Seven Stars to become one of the top global relocation networks — not just “Italian with foreign branches,” but truly global and recognized. We’ll grow through the franchising programme, smart alliances, and tech investments.
The goal is consistency, reliability, and a shared brand identity that partners and customers trust — wherever they are.
Davide Campagna: The message is simple: adapt & collaborate. The industry is transforming — customer expectations, technology, regulations — all demand evolution.
Don’t try to go it alone. Combine your local strength with network ambition. If you’re ready to grow, let’s connect, share, and push our industry forward together.
Seven Stars Moving & Logistics is positioning itself not just as a service provider, but as a connector of global mobility, bridging local expertise with international standards.
