RA Magazine: Giordano, how would you describe Orsini Group today in one line?
Giordano Orsini: A packaging partner built for movers—industrial quality, custom options, and fast delivery, backed by over five decades of experience.

RA Magazine: Movers have very specific needs. What problems are you solving for them?
Giordano Orsini: Three big ones: durability, availability, and branding. Our cartons and protective materials are engineered for real moving conditions; our stock and logistics keep crews supplied during peak weeks; and custom tape/boxes help movers present a professional, trustworthy image at the customer’s door.

RA Magazine: What’s new in your product or service approach this year?
Giordano Orsini: We’re standardizing modular packing kits (by room type or object category) to make crews faster on site, and expanding on-demand customization so even mid-size movers can deploy branded materials without large MOQs. Operationally, we’re tightening lead times nationwide and piloting cross-border fulfillment with selected partners.

RA Magazine: Sustainability is top-of-mind for many clients. How are you addressing it?
Giordano Orsini: We prioritize material optimization and consistent board specs to reduce waste, and we favour recyclable inputs. The most sustainable box is the one that doesn’t fail—so strength and fit are essential. We also help movers choose the right mix of protective materials to avoid over-packing.

RA Magazine: You were very visible at the RA Movers Event. What did you gain?
Giordano Orsini: Direct access to the international moving community. We met owners, ops managers, and partners in one place—accelerating conversations that would normally take months. RA gave us brand exposure, but also practical feedback that we already used to tweak formats and kits.

RA Magazine: Where do you want Orsini to be in 3–5 years?
Giordano Orsini: The go-to packaging platform for movers in Italy and a trusted supplier to select international corridors. That means deeper integration with our clients’ workflows, smarter e-commerce, and continued investment in quality and speed.

RA Magazine: Final message to the moving industry?
Giordano Orsini: Packaging is not a commodity—it’s part of your service promise. Choose materials that protect your reputation as much as your customer’s goods. We’ll make sure they arrive safe, clean, and on brand.
